Where You'd Be Joining Us
We've built three hubs, each with its own character, and we're growing in all of them:
- Vancouver, BC — where much of the platform, tools, and technology behind Lantern's care experience gets built, by people who care as much about craft as they do about the mission.
- Dallas, TX — home to our Care Advocates and a wide range of operations, clinical support, and business functions. This is often where our members' experience of Lantern is most directly shaped, day to day.
- New York, NY — our third hub, with teams spanning multiple functions across the business.
Whether your path is technical, clinical, operational, or something that doesn't fit neatly into a category — if you're drawn to work where the outcome is someone getting better care, we want to hear your story.
