Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager will lead and integrate TASC activities supporting defense production recovery, supplier capacity, industrial-base resilience, and senior-level decision making.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership and Integration

- Lead day-to-day execution and integration of TASC support across assigned PAE, weapon-system, supplier-capacity, and industrial-base priorities.

- Establish integrated priorities, work plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and performance measures for TASC initiatives and recovery actions.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary SMEs in production, supply chain, acquisition, finance, data, engineering, and industrial-base analysis to develop executable courses of action.

- Identify cross-program dependencies, decision points, resource conflicts, schedule risks, and issues requiring Government leadership attention or escalation.

Program Execution and Performance Management

- Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, action trackers, decision calendars, risk registers, and performance measures for assigned TASC priorities.

- Track recovery actions, supplier interventions, investments, contracting actions, and production milestones; identify variance and drive timely resolution or escalation.

- Ensure TASC analyses and recommendations are supported by validated production, supplier, schedule, cost, technical, and acquisition information.

- Integrate risks, dependencies, funding, acquisition, technical, and industrial-base considerations into practical implementation strategies and leadership decisions.

- Lead working sessions, program reviews, site engagements, and follow-up actions with program offices, Navy commands, prime contractors, suppliers, and authorized stakeholders.

TASC Team Integration and Decision Support

- Serve as the senior program-management integrator for TASC leadership and assigned PAE and weapon-system priorities.

- Integrate production, schedule, supplier, engineering, acquisition, financial, investment, and program information into executable courses of action.

- Coordinate actions across DASN DIB, PAEs, program offices, systems commands, contracting, engineering, logistics, financial management, production facilities, and industry stakeholders.

- Prepare executive program reviews, issue papers, decision briefings, integrated action plans, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior Government leadership.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in program management, business, engineering, acquisition, operations management, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years’ experience in program management, acquisition, defense programs, production, operations, or a closely related field.

- Demonstrated experience leading complex defense, acquisition, production, or industrial-base programs involving multiple organizations and senior stakeholders.

- Experience with integrated master schedules, program metrics, risk and issue management, action tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional program execution.

- Ability to organize complex work, establish accountability, manage dependencies, and drive execution toward measurable program and production outcomes.

- Experience preparing program reviews, integrated action plans, executive briefings, and executive decision materials for Government or industry leadership.

- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
