BallenIsles Country Club located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pilates Instructor ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Compensation:
- $15 per hour for non-training hours.
- $15 per hour + $35 commission when conducting training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs safe and effective Pilates programs according to clients' specific needs.
- Guides members through initial and progressive Pilates sessions.
- Ensures proper, up-to-date, and safe procedures are used in the teaching of all clients.
- Inspects Pilates apparatus and areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Performs light custodial duties, such as wiping down equipment and monitoring cleanliness in the pool area, spa, fitness center, and locker rooms.
- Enforces all rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Assists in day-to-day operations of the Pilates Studio.
- Works closely with the Pilates Manager and Pilates Team Members.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification, preferably through the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program) or PMA (Pilates Method Alliance).
- CPR/AED Certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching Pilates, including Pilates programming and group Pilates training.
- Ability to establish safe and effective Pilates programs in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines.
- Excellent member service skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education seminars and workshops.
Knowledge/Skill:
- Experience and exposure with a wide variety of exercise modalities, equipment, instructional techniques, injury prevention, fitness and wellness counseling, and developing and interpreting personalized Pilates and wellness regimens.
- Must be able to read and speak English to perform the duties of the position.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience in teaching Pilates, including Pilates programming and group Pilates training.
Certificates/Licenses:
- Pilates Instructor Comprehensive Certification (preferably the NPCP, National Pilates Certification Program, or PMA, Pilates Method Alliance).
- CPR/AED Certification.
