Sea Colony is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and coordinate engaging events, activities, and programs that enhance the quality of life for our owners, guests, and residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, community engagement, relationship building, and creating memorable experiences. The position focuses on organizing community events, resident programming, and collaboration across multiple departments within our resort community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social, recreational, wellness, and educational programs.
- Coordinate community events, seasonal activities, and special celebrations.
- Promote programs through newsletters, resident communications, and digital media.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, entertainers, and organizations.
- Assist with event budgets, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Support resident clubs, volunteer programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, community relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event registration tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
