Automotive Sales Floor Closer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Floor Closer to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with customers and sales associates to help finalize deals, overcome objections, and maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist sales consultants in closing vehicle sales.

- Work with customers to present payment options and financing solutions.

- Negotiate and structure deals to maximize gross profit.

- Help achieve dealership sales goals and CSI targets.

- Maintain a professional and customer-focused sales environment.

- Follow all dealership policies and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

- Automotive sales experience preferred.

- Strong closing and negotiation skills.

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
