JOB TITLE: Commercial MASTER TRAINER

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTING TO: Head of Sales, Korea

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives through the design, development, coordination and delivery of ongoing training programs for new hire and existing sales professionals. Curriculum includes sales skills, product knowledge, business acumen, and clinical knowledge. This person will identify, develop, and implement training programs that align the efforts of key stakeholders to ensure Sales Readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximize sales and profit in Korea by developing sales forces.

- Champions Coloplast training initiatives to foster a continuous learning culture.

- Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and elevates core new hire and existing salesforce, including sales managers, nurses, and other field forces.

- Drive the sales and strong win culture.

- Be a main point of contact with global training teams and localize global content.

- Regular co-rides with the sales team, including SMs.

- Leads efforts to assess the competencies of our sales teams to identify gaps/opportunities and increase skills and capabilities across the sales teams.

- Creates and establishes ongoing assessments to proactively identify current and future skill requirements.

- Coach SMs on how they coach their teammates and ongoing reporting/feedback to SMs on sales competency levels.

- Support Sales system content and administration (SFDC, Showpad, etc.)

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above within business, economics, marketing, finance or similar

- 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing sales training programs and/or experience as a designated/compensated field sales trainer and/or comparable position.

- Preferable in medical industry

- 3+ years’ experience in Sales

- Language;

- Fluent level of English

- Korean Native

- Willingness and ability to travel including, global travel occasional.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with ability to execute and plan at tactical level.

- Extensive knowledge of adult and sustained learning practices and principles.

- Ability to identify and analyze organizational and sales training needs.

- Ability to demonstrate leadership presence and gain the trust of business partners.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Proficiency with Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning tools.

- Strong influencer and drive the stakeholder management locally.

- Can challenge the status quo and have yes attitude.
