Share Creativity, Conversation & Calm
Enjoy meaningful one-on-one visits with an elderly woman living in residential aged care at Wahroonga. Creative and reflective by nature, she enjoys non-fiction writing, reading, sketching, meditation, and listening to calming music.
Through one-on-one visits, you can share meaningful conversations, explore creative interests, and support moments of relaxation and self-expression. Whether it's discussing books, sketching together, or simply enjoying a peaceful chat, your companionship can make a genuine difference.
Help bring creativity, mindfulness, and connection to her week through regular visits filled with warmth and companionship.
-Weekly or fortnightly visits
-1 hour Visits - Weekdays 9am - 11:30am and 1pm - 4pm
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

Wednesdays (Between 10-11am or 1-4pm) for 1 hour visits - Flexible daytime volunteering
18 years or older • NDIS Worker Screening Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •
