Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will provide daily process and quality engineering support to production , driving yield enhancement and continuous quality improvement initiatives . You will  lead lot investigations and disposition activities , resolve manufacturing issues, and participate in improvement projects to optimize process performance and product quality.

- Perform  daily support to the production for  quality  and process engineering topi c
- Key driver for yield improvement
- Drive improvement  for quality improvement
- Perform  PDP, MRB lot investigation and disposition
- Involve in  NLOP and NLOZD project

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You strive to leverage hands-on wire bond process expertise , strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to optimize process performance and product quality. You communicate confidently with teams to identify issues, drive improvements, and support manufacturing excellence.

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline ( Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering , and other semiconductor-related areas )
- Minimum 1 years  of experience in wire bond process (Au wire)
- Knowledge in wire bond process
- Good in problem-solving  and analytical skill
- Posses  strong communication skill
