Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Responsible
as Deviation Management Team lead, perform Lot on hold risk assessment /
disposition and continuous improvement to prevent reoccurrence.
- Accountable
for on time Lot on Hold disposition and reduction covering across processes.
- Responsible
to execute fast disposition of known and non-critical defects with assistant
engineering team.
- Responsible
to alert and engage unit process experts on critical defects and provide
mapping for 8D completion.
- Actively
monitoring on daily deviation lots and perform containment actions.
- Drive
continuous improvement project to improve from defect re-occurrence.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Masters / Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics /
Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- Minimum 3+ years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
industry.
- Relevant
hands-on experience in Assembly Process Engineering, preferably in Die
Bond and / or Wire Bond processes.
- Good
communications and interpersonal skills.
