About this role
Under the direction of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Division Manager, this position develops commercial real estate lending business opportunities for the Bank. Manages a commercial real estate loan portfolio consisting of construction and income property loans. Provides technical commercial real estate support to other lending areas of the Bank.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Level III: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, or comparable experience.
- Level IV: Minimum 6 years in commercial real estate lending or equivalent work experience. Requires
team lead/supervisory/management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or similar software. Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems. Must be able to use anHP-12c calculator and be familiar with its functions.
- Requires strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. Requires strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail. Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed or assigned. Must be able to provide own transportation or to operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license, and commute in a timely manner. Able to travel by ground and/or air.
