- 5+ years of video editing at an agency, production company, or in-house creative department, with proven experience from post-production to final delivery
- A strong reel demonstrating storytelling, pacing, visual continuity, and finish across short-form and long-form work; branded, documentary, or automotive content a plus
- Highly creative, organized, and detailed; able to carry multiple projects in parallel and turn challenges into opportunities
- Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects or DaVinci Resolve for titling, motion graphics, and basic VFX
- Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and post workflows for short-form and long-form content
- Experience with asset management systems, proxy workflows, and cloud-based review tools (e.g., Frame.io)
