Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development programs based on the designed concept and drive continuous improvement to achieve defined targets.
- Course Development and Management: Responsible for training course management (including course design, delivery, effectiveness monitoring, records tracking and maintenance).
- Tailor-made requirement support on leadership topics: Ensure the delivery of tailor-made training sessions or workshops meets the defined quality standards, is cost-effective and on time to meet business demands.
- Support the development, promotion, implementation and continuous improvement of learning methodologies, tools and cases, including coaching and upward feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and guidelines related to training.
- Support People Development-related projects and initiatives.
- Support HQ leadership program to be launched in Greater China.
Your Qualifications
- Over 5 years of progressive HR experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or large-scale private enterprises;
- At least 3 years focused on talent development, leadership development, or learning & development (L&D) (e.g., training program design, leadership coaching, talent pipeline building).
- Proven skills in course development and facilitation;
- Strong structured thinking to continuously optimize talent development programs.
- Customer and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR solutions/initiatives.
- Willingness to learn, with curiosity about talent leadership trends;
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in program development.
