💰 Pay Range: $40–$45/hr. base hourly pay
- $40+/hr base for licensed Journeyman
- + $5/hr more per hour when you take on an apprentice
- + $5–15/hr or more in bonuses tied to productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction
Realistic weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,500+

- Run residential service and repair calls using our proven system
- Diagnose issues and present clear, honest solutions
- Deliver 5-star service that customers rave about
- Hit realistic KPIs like average ticket, close rate, and memberships

- Alaska-licensed Journeyman Plumber (or able to be licensed)
- Professional, curious, and reliable
