Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for raising 250 + monthly invoices manually to the customers for AED 26 M
- Responsible to pay 33 vendors monthly for AED 13 M
- Responsible for revenue reconciliation and revenue realization with partners for AED 1.5M
- Responsible for booking revenue against correct Account Manager for commission purpose.
- High level engagement with account executives, Project Managers, Finance, Account Payable Team, Account Receivable Team, Procurement and key stakeholders in order to bill customer and pay vendors.
- Raising COS/OPEX/CAPEX PR/PO for vendors and keeping track of their usage and renewals.
- Dealing with Partner for revenue reconciliation and revenue sharing.
- Responsible for the understanding of customer needs in terms of billing amendments or invoices formats.
- Responsible for customer coordination and providing them details in case of disputes and queries related to charges.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
Experience:
- 12 years’ experience from which 8 years’ experience in du in Financial Management, Customer billing and Vendor payments.
- 2+ years in Management Role
