A bit about us:

We are a small Charity run Pre-School operating Term Time only. We take children from 2 -4 years old.

The role of Bank Staff is to help support us in busy times covering for staff sickness, training and holidays and support the team in their teaching and care of the children in the setting.

We are looking for a flexible, reliable person with experience in childcare and qualified to a level 2/3 in early years.

Working hours may very between the hours of 9:00-15:00 term time only and depending on your availability.

Some of your main duties will be: -

- Promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- To assist in the setting up and clearing away of all activities and equipment
- Support the children's development, learning and play
- To attend training as required
- To teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulation
- To advise the Pre-school Manager of any concerns e.g. over children, parents/carers or the safety of equipment, preserving confidentiality as necessary
- To keep completely confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other staff which is acquired as part of the job
