We are currently inviting a Purchasing Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Join our team TLT: Innovate, Collaborate, and Excel!
Division: Supply Chain | Department: Procurement
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Form orders for suppliers, coordinate them and control their execution.
- Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery/ shipment and resolve shipping or quality issues during the contract.
- Update and maintain records of all orders
- Monitor and administer warehouse balances.
- Update and maintain data on ERP system, processing payments for suppliers.
- Actively cooperate with suppliers and internal departments, achieving a common result.
- Research and expand new market.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in the field of procurement.
- Experience in Electronics Raw Material Manufacturing is a plus
- Have negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good computer literacy skills (especially in Excel), ERP system experience is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with several tasks at once.
- Responsibility, diligence, flexibility, result orientation and initiative.
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, good command of English (written and spoken).
