About this role
About Luxehouze
Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches and fashion. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”
What Will Be Challenging
Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.
- Expectations are high and visible
- Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving
- Priorities can change as the business scales
- Feedback is direct and frequent
- Performance is measured by results, not intentions
- If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.
Responsibilities:
Business-Oriented Campaign Strategy
- Define and lead the paid growth strategy, connecting performance marketing investments directly to top-line revenue, net margin, and enterprise commercial objectives.
- Formulate data-driven portfolio strategies and dynamic budget allocations across channels to balance efficient customer acquisition (CAC), blended payback periods, and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Establish framework-driven optimization strategies focused on real business incrementality, margin contribution, and Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), moving beyond platform-reported ROAS.
- Oversee end-to-end user acquisition and retention funnels, integrating paid media with pricing strategy, product margins, and customer retention mechanics to maximize sustainable ROI.
- Steer high-impact experimentation frameworks (AA/AB incrementality testing, MMM, geo-lift studies, and audience segmentation) to discover new revenue streams and unlock scalable market penetration.
- Oversee a scalable data and attribution infrastructure (first-party data strategy, CAPI, offline conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution) to safeguard business insights against ecosystem changes and ensure capital deployment accuracy.
Leadership, People Development & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and actively coach team members across various seniority levels; build clear career development pathways, succession planning, and upskilling frameworks to prepare individuals for their next career milestones.
- Align closely with C-Suite/Senior Leadership, Finance, Product, Brand, and Commercial/Sales teams to translate holistic business goals into scalable go-to-market strategies and cross-department growth initiatives.
- Define team capacity, hiring requirements, and organizational structure to support long-term business scaling efficiently.
Commercial Analytics, Governance & Executive Reporting
- Own the macro narrative of paid acquisition performance, focusing on top-level unit economics, Contribution Margin, Blended CAC, LTV:CAC velocity, and total enterprise incrementality.
- Translate complex marketing performance dynamics into high-level commercial narratives, guiding executive leadership and board stakeholders on risk mitigation, capital reallocation, and strategic growth trade-offs.
- Partner with BI and Analytics teams to define the vision, data requirements, and measurement frameworks for executive reporting—steering away from daily dashboard builds to focus on data governance and business-critical KPIs.
Strategic Innovation & Organizational Capability Building
- Anticipate industry shifts, regulatory changes (e.g., data privacy, cookie-less tracking), and AI-driven ad tech developments to proactively adapt the company’s customer acquisition engine.
- Establish and scale internal playbooks, experimentation methodologies, and post-campaign retrospectives to elevate the organizational baseline of performance marketing excellence.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and lead relationships with external partners, platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), and marketing technology vendors to maximize ROI and operational leverage.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Performance Marketing and Growth, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership or people management capacity within high-growth tech startups, e-commerce, luxury, or high-ticket consumer categories.
- Demonstrated history of managing large-scale paid media budgets and driving profitable revenue growth, with full ownership over unit economics (blended CAC, LTV:CAC, payback periods, and Contribution Margin).
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and coaching high-performing marketing teams; skilled in establishing career progression paths, succession planning, and upskilling team members into subsequent leadership roles.
- Advanced capability in multi-channel budget optimization, incrementality measurement (MMM, geo-lift testing), and full-funnel customer acquisition and retention mechanics.
- Strong mastery of marketing analytics and executive reporting; ability to guide BI teams on measurement architecture, first-party data strategies, and attribution governance beyond platform metrics.
- High-level strategic understanding of ad tech ecosystems, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and data privacy shifts to ensure resilient acquisition infrastructure.
- Proven ability to direct high-velocity creative testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that enhance commercial conversion efficiency.
