About the role

We are seeking Grade 2 and Grade 3 Speech Pathologists to join our Allied Health teams across a variety of acute, subacute and ambulatory settings. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred assessment and therapy services to diverse patient groups while working within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes and experiences.

As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist , you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior staff and students, contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence. The position offers opportunities to participate in research, teaching and quality improvement initiatives while representing the Speech Pathology discipline across the broader health service.

As a Grade 3 Speech Pathologist , you will provide senior clinical leadership within the Speech Pathology team, driving best practice, service development and innovative models of care. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders, you will support service excellence, foster workforce capability and contribute to improved outcomes for patients across Eastern Health.
