Job Summary:
Provides department-wide clinical oversight and leadership for all autism services programs across multiple locations. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services consistent with the Treffert Approach and the organization's standards of care. Leads clinical practice, quality assurance, program development, and interdisciplinary coordination across the department.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, mentorship to the clinical practice of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and alternate departmental clinicians. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Leads implementation of department-wide clinical standards, outcome measures, and performance expectations aligned with the organization and Treffert Approach principles.
- Collaborates with the ministry leadership on program design, quality initiatives, and strategic planning.
- May participate in the direct delivery or care. Completes assessments and provides treatment as needed.
- Leads departmental initiatives related to accreditation, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovation.
- Promotes a collaborative, strengths-based culture that fosters professional growth, staff engagement, and clinical excellence across Treffert Service Lines and alternate departments providing care to population.
- Ensures clinical compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and documentation expectations.
- Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Monitors treatment integrity and performance improvement efforts across all therapy centers and locations.
- Serves as a departmental clinical representative for audits, payer reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

- Master's degree in Human Services, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

EXPERIENCE

- Five years of clinical experience in autism treatment and behavior analysis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
- Occasional driving.
- Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.
