# React / Full Stack Developer
Experience: 2–4 Years
## Required Skills

- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with Vite and modern frontend build tools
- Good understanding of State Management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar
- Ability to build and maintain reusable global components
- Good understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
- Understanding of MVP, MVC, and MVVM architecture patterns
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration and development
- Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of authentication and authorization, including JWT and role-based access
- Good knowledge of API error handling, validation, pagination, and security
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of memory leaks, performance issues, race conditions, and deadlocks
- Experience with Git and Git-based workflows
- Understanding of unit testing and basic integration testing
- Good understanding of browser debugging and developer tools
- Basic understanding of web security and HIPAA requirements
- Good English communication skills for working with internal teams and clients
