Your Team

The Dynamics 365 Team delivers and enhances business-critical applications that support key capabilities across CFS. The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer partners with business, technology and delivery teams to deliver customer-focused solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role contributes to CFS’s strategic priorities of improving customer, advice and retirement outcomes. CFS encourages the use of AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including delivery across Sales, Customer Insights Journeys (Marketing) and/or Customer Service.
- Strong capability building CRM solutions across areas such as case management, complaints management, workflow automation, sales pipeline management, campaign management and real-time journey orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, data modelling, model-driven apps, plug-ins, Power Automate, APIs, security roles, access controls and secure development practices.
- Experience applying ALM and CI/CD practices for Power Platform solutions, with strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly desirable: Experience in financial services or other regulated environments, Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data, Microsoft Fabric, Python, Power Apps, Power Pages, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive design.
