About the Position
We are looking for a [ Process and Customer Quality Manager ] to join the Quality Lighting team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Foshan.
As the [ Process and Customer Quality Manager ] at Marelli, you will be responsible
- Make sure whole manufacturing system is consistent of process.
- Provide the professional approach and methodology in term of problem solving and in process control.
- Take properly quality mindset and know how to enhance quality system.
- Quality mindset and culture influence to others
- Manage manufacturing quality team.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- In charge and Supervise of manufacturing quality team : Process Quality, Customer Quality, Incoming Quality.
- Decision making for any quality existing and new issue related to manufacturing quality.
- Organize and plan the quality improvement plan for all relevant quality section.
- Improvement program, defects analyses, etc.
- Plan the training program for those section to educate the team to enhance their quality mindset.
- Train and impart knowledge and know how on quality to quality staffs and to production staff.
- Assist and support QM Manager to lead and guide the quality department team whenever is required.
- Advise Pre-Production, Assembly Operations, and Quality team Quality mindset.
- To initiate and steer for continual improvement on working method and layout on present running products together with Production staff.
- Follow up and verify on all calibration relevant to engineer for internal and customer gauges.
- Permanent evaluations of results from product audit and follow up on action for improvement.
- Review the monthly production and supplier complaint with Incoming Inspection team.
- Carrying out of trouble-shooting together with team.
- Review Monthly outgoing rejection report with Outgoing Inspection team.
- Handling of customer complaints in quality problems.
- Investigation and comments for 0-km & field defects.
- Attend the daily internal quality management review meeting.
- Follow up and verify on all of the quality improvement actions to customer.
- Guide and assist the subordinates in their warranty claim activity.
Establishing a warranty check procedure to ensure a systematic approach for warranty claim activities
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Be familiar with quality system IATF16949, VDA6.3, skilled use of five quality tools
- Quality of the field for more than five years work experience, at least 2 years management experience in the similar position
- Determine the manufacturing quality strategy to all relevant team to guide and improve the product quality.
- Good command of Oral & Written English
