- Knowledge of the Medical Device area and the operating room
- Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s healthcare would be desirable
- Comprehension of the Region’s diverse healthcare systems
- Comprehension of the tenders
- Strong core sales Skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day to day management
- Aptitude for engaging and motivating by providing product training courses to customers
- Effective territory planning
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Customer focused and stakeholder management
- Passion for customer development and new account acquisition

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required and CRM tool skills
- Fluent in Italian and good level of English (written and verbal)
Experience:
- +3-5 years (or more) of experience in a field sales role within a surgical and/or Labor and Delivery / OR environment
- Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling
Education:
- Degree, preferably in a business-related discipline or scientific degree

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is 49.200 to 65.000 Euro Annually. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
