Job Description

This role provides dedicated support to the Head of Value-Added Services (VAS), Asia Pacific, acting as a trusted partner in managing executive priorities, business operations, and stakeholder engagement across the region.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. They will drive seamless execution of executive and team priorities, coordinate key initiatives, and provide critical support to the VAS leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Head of VAS AP's calendar, travel, and meeting priorities across multiple time zones.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, team events, and business activities, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Manage purchase requisitions, expenses, invoices, and related administrative processes.
- Support business initiatives, special projects, and operational activities for the VAS leadership team.
- Anticipate challenges, proactively resolve issues, and ensure the smooth execution of executive and team priorities.
- Partner with other administrative professionals to provide seamless support and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Business Support role.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, international travel, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting regional or global teams and coordinating events or projects is preferred.
