- Partner with the Content Marketing & SEO Manager to implement landing pages required for content and SEO activity (page build, templates, formatting, on-page set-up, publishing support). Content strategy, SEO performance and reporting remain owned by the Content Marketing & SEO Manager.
- Implement website updates and enhancements scoped by the Provider Marketing Manager (e.g., layout, copy placement, CTA modules), aligned to CRO priorities. CRO strategy, experimentation roadmap and conversion outcomes are owned by the Provider Marketing Manager.

About You
You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. Fast may be your default (like us!) but you never, ever compromise on what’s important, willing to take a steady, more informed approach when it comes to maintaining the trust of our team and customers. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing execution (campaign delivery, comms, events, conversion optimisation).
- Hands-on marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred): journeys, segmentation, testing, reporting.
- Strong CMS capability (Wordpress or HubSpot preferred): building landing pages/webforms and applying conversion best practice.
- Event planning and logistics experience, comfortable coordinating multiple suppliers/stakeholders.
- Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple workstreams with tight deadlines.
- Data-informed mindset: ability to interpret results and apply learnings quickly.
- Driven by impact and results-oriented.
- Combines a high attention to detail with big picture thinking.
- Bias towards action and getting things done, with a done is better than perfect attitude: quality work, balancing priority with speed.
- Voracious learner always looking to expand their skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership and having accountability.
- Creative, open minded and open to risk and trying something new.
- Able to flourish in a rapidly-changing agile environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical minds.
