Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations, scheduling, and booking coordination
- Assist with supply-demand planning to match caregiver availability with customer needs
- Identify and onboard homecare partners to expand our caregiver network
- Track customer feedback and support quality guidelines and service improvements
- Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for growth
We're Looking For: Highly motivated and proactive mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, curious and eager to learn about business development and community engagement, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
