Role Overview As a Pharmacist at Valeo Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective fulfilment of e-prescriptions and medication management as part of our comprehensive care offerings. You will collaborate with our telehealth physicians and wellness experts to provide top-tier support to our users, answering medication-related queries and ensuring strict compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prescription Management: Review, interpret, and accurately process electronic prescriptions generated through our telehealth platform.
- Patient Consultation: Provide clear, expert advice to patients regarding medication dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with board-certified physicians, health coaches, and customer support teams to optimize patient care.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of pharmacy operations and patient profiles in strict adherence to DHA standards and company protocols.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory management, ensuring the proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and lifestyle supplements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, DHA guidelines, and best practices in digital health.

Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License (Active license or Eligibility Letter is mandatory).
- Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of clinical or retail pharmacy experience within the UAE.
- Visa Status: Must be on an independent visa (e.g., sponsored by spouse/parent, golden visa, or freelance visa).
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a patient-first approach. Familiarity with digital health or telemedicine platforms is a distinct advantage.
