About the Team
Our Platform User Operations (PUO) Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal platform users. This position is mainly responsible for: receiving and resolving user queries, communicating with our engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop onboarding and learning programs for platform users, with a focus on creating structured, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.
- Create, update, and maintain training content to ensure materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product or process changes.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation materials to measure learner understanding and training effectiveness.
- Support the administration and maintenance of learning content within the LMS, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and up to date.
- Use authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and other learning content development tools to create digital learning materials.
- Work closely with product trainers to understand product updates, user needs, and business priorities, and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Collect and organize learner feedback, content usage insights, and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support day-to-day project coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while demonstrating accountability and ownership.
