Job Title

Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator - Dutch Speaker

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Team Leader and works closely with the Client Cash Leader, Collections Team, and Internal Stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Dutch Speaker) is responsible for managing collections and cash application activities within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) process while acting as a senior member of the Accounts Receivable team. The role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with coordination and leadership support, driving team performance, process improvements, and client outcomes.

The AR Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Genpact and the client, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, compliance with service levels, and achievement of cash collection and overdue reduction targets. The position also supports and coordinates other AR Specialists to ensure consistent execution of best practices, HighRadius utilization, and operational excellence. This role requires voice calling in a business to business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Collections Management

- Manage collection activities for assigned customer portfolios to achieve past due and cash collection targets.
- Conduct customer follow-up activities through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence in both Spanish and English.
- Reconcile customer and agent accounts based on remittance information received.
- Post and allocate payments accurately against policy bill lines and customer invoices.
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, unapplied cash, and aged debt.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and amounts held within suspense accounts.
- Escalate high-risk accounts and collection issues where appropriate.
- Support month-end activities and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.

Team Coordination & Leadership Support

- Act as a senior collections professional and subject matter expert for the team.
- Coordinate and support AR Specialists to achieve collection goals and service level commitments.
- Promote best practices and encourage consistent usage of HighRadius and associated AR systems.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members on operational processes and customer management.
- Assist the Team Leader in driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Client Cash Leader and key client stakeholders.
- Communicate team performance, collection results, risks, and operational challenges effectively.
- Lead conversations regarding collection performance, process issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support client escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue management.

Reporting & Performance Management

- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and performance updates.
- Monitor collection metrics, aging performance, dispute volumes, and cash application accuracy.
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support achievement of SLA and KPI commitments.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within designated systems.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

- Ensure all transactions comply with established controls, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to attendance schedules and workforce planning requirements.
- Support annual leave planning and other operational activities.
- Participate in and promote Genpact initiatives, including completion of mandatory training and Genome requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience within Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Invoice-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and collection management tools such as HighRadius .
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing escalations and complex collection scenarios.
- Advanced understanding of AR processes, cash application, reconciliation, and dispute management.
