More about the role & team

Confluence is looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to help build and scale our partnerships organisation across the UK and Europe.

This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to establish strategic relationships with the organisations that influence technology and operating model decisions across the investment management industry. - Maintain clear visibility of partnership activity, relationships, opportunities and outcomes through Salesforce.

Why Join Us

- Build a strategic partnerships function from the ground up and help shape its future direction.
- Enjoy high visibility with senior leadership and influence across multiple business functions.
- Create measurable impact on market visibility, commercial growth and revenue generation.
- Work at the centre of Confluence's growth strategy, connecting Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Service teams.
- Help define how Confluence engages with the broader investment management ecosystem while exploring new market opportunities and emerging technology trends.
