Job Purpose: The Head Ingot & Wafer Technology leads strategic development and optimization of ingot and wafer manufacturing processes, including advanced techniques like Czochralski and float-zone methods. This role involves overseeing departmental leadership, ensuring stringent quality control, and integrating technological advancements. The Head manages resources, budgets, and delivers high-level technical reporting, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MTech is preferred.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in ingot and wafer technology, with a track record of leading process development and optimization.
