We are seeking an innovative and experienced In-Vehicle Network Analysis Engineer to contribute to our efforts in network performance modeling and analytics. This role is critical for ensuring the scalability and stability of our next-generation vehicle architecture. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will be responsible for turning complex network data into actionable insights. You will develop the tools, define the key metrics, and build the team that will provide the data-driven foundation for all network-related architectural decisions. Your leadership will be key as you work to establish a center of excellence for network analysis, enabling our platforms to evolve with confidence.

Qualifications You'll have...

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. You must have a proven track record of untangling complex systems and translating data into actionable solutions.
- 2+ years of software development experience programming in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a focus on data analysis, tool development, or back-end systems.
- Foundational knowledge or experience with network architecture, protocols, and communication standards (Ethernet, CAN, LIN).
- Experience in developing analytical tools and defining metrics (KPIs) to measure system performance.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) (e.g., using Gherkin for writing clear, concise, and executable specifications).

Even better, you may have...

- Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Network Analysis and Simulation tools.
- 1+ years of work experience with tools development for Embedded Systems.
- Experience with our tech stack: We're a Django team with a PostgreSQL backend. Experience here is a great bonus but not required to apply!
- Experience with data science, statistical analysis, or machine learning techniques.
- Work experience with Autosar Classic and Adaptive architecture and industry-standard formats (DBC, ARXML).

This position is a salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $85,400-$$192,900.,

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
