About this role
- Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably welding industry).
- Should have worked in Production function
- Should possess good knowledge in Production planning and Execution
- Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management.
- Conversant in 4M and Inventory Management.
- Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements.
- Robot, MIG & TIG welding knowledge is essential.
- Identification and implementation of productivity improvements.
- Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc.
- Exposure in SAP PP module, IATF16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills
