This role is not for everyone. We are looking for outlier engineers who:
Have owned products end-to-end, from idea to production monitoring.
Have managed live incidents, written post-mortems, and implemented long-term fixes.
Passionate about delivering exceptional product experiences and maximizing user impact, beyond just writing code.
Years of experience don’t matter — what matters is the depth of ownership, incident handling, and product impact you’ve delivered.

What You’ll Do
- Build high performance, low latency, scalable web application for real-time trading and financial data.
- Investigate and solve complex engineering problems across the frontend, APIs, and real-time data flows.
- Contribute to technical decisions and continuously improve the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and other engineering teams to build and evolve Atlas.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong fundamentals and a solid understanding of the challenges involved in building reliable, performant web applications.
- Good problem solving and debugging skills, with a willingness to dig into unfamiliar or complex problems.
- A willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and grow with the product and the team.
- An interest in how engineering decisions affect performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Up to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building applications with React, Next.js, Redux, REST or GraphQL.
- Experience with real-time systems and high frequency data updates using technologies such as WebSockets or SSE.
- Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or market data.
- Experience with browser performance profiling and optimization.
