Join our People & Culture Team as a Rewards Trainee and discover how employee benefits, rewards programs, and people processes help create an outstanding employee experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside experienced HR professionals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support benefits-related activities, employee surveys, and rewards communications
- Assist in preparing presentations, employee guides, FAQs, and internal communications
- Contribute to Rewards projects by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action plans
- Prepare HR documentation using approved templates and coordinate signature processes
- Support administrative activities related to employee documentation and record management
What We Are Looking For
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Georgian (Russian is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Genuine interest in People & Culture and employee experience
