Join Our Team:

Esse Health is currently seeking a compassionate full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for our office of Dr.'s Knapp & Miranda!

Opportunity:

- Full-time opening

- Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day (Fridays may be a bit shorter)

- 2 days at St. Peters office location (4800 Mexico Road) & 3 days at Florissant office location (2187 Charbonier Road)

- No nights, weekends, or holidays

- Outpatient focused clinical practice

- Call approximately one weekend a month (low volume)

Day-to-Day:

- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients

- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner

- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education

- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)

- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team

- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree

- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)

- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)

- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

What We Offer:

- Physician-led, supportive practice environment

- Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office). Up to $125,000/year may be considered for candidate's with an average of 8 -10 years of NP/PA experience.
