🎯 Your challenge

- Turning business needs into product solutions:

You will translate business, customer and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories and functional specifications , helping shape solutions that have a direct impact on financial professionals.

- Understanding users and improving the product:

You will analyse customer feedback, user behaviour and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous evolution of our platform.

- Connecting business and technology:

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Revenue teams , clarifying requirements, defining workflows and acceptance criteria, and ensuring everyone shares the same understanding throughout the delivery process.

- Supporting product evolution:

You will maintain product documentation, functional specifications and release notes , while supporting teams through demos, feature walkthroughs and release communications.

🏆 What will help you succeed?

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist or similar

Your experience will help you quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable product solutions . Experience in banking, financial services, credit intermediation, brokerage or consulting will be positively valued, especially in mortgage lending or regulated environments.

- Experience defining product requirements

Your knowledge of user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria and functional documentation will help you structure requirements clearly and support efficient product delivery.

- Understanding of APIs, SaaS and Agile methodologies

Being comfortable working with technical teams and understanding APIs, SaaS concepts and Scrum/Kanban environments will help you bridge the gap between business and technology.

- Strong analytical and organisational skills

You will need to identify risks, dependencies, gaps and trade-offs , while prioritising different needs and working autonomously across several teams.

- Communication and customer focus

Your ability to understand different perspectives and communicate clearly will help you turn feedback and business needs into better product experiences .

- English is mandatory

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required for our international environment.

- Product tools and user research

Experience with Confluence, Intercom, DevOps or similar tools , as well as user interviews, surveys or usability testing, will be a plus.
