Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Shop Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead shop operations, control and monitor progress.
- Responsible for maintaining acceptable shop conditions.
- Train and mentor shop personnel.
- Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
- Ensure that correct shop operations are maintained
- Coordinate the daily activities of operations personnel as directed.
- Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of one to three years' experience in a related field preferred .
- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
- Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
