About the role
The B2B Research team empowers confident decision-making across product and marketing. Supporting all B2B products, it delivers customer-centered research, actionable insights, and foresight to inform product and marketing strategies.
The team acts as a bridge between product, marketing, and customers (and the market at large) to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence. The work spans the full product and customer lifecycle — helping stakeholders understand needs, opportunities, and performance through four main focus areas: strategic research, product research, customer metrics, and marketing insights.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end to end — surveys, interviews, user studies, and market research
- Analyze data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities
- Translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Support product, marketing, and strategy decisions with evidence
- Deliver insights in engaging, reusable formats that teams across the organization actually use
## Core Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on research experience, covering both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Proven experience interviewing customers, designing questionnaires, and running surveys
- Ability to turn raw data and research findings into recommendations that inform decisions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English

Compensation
Salary Range (Gross) PLN 16K – PLN 23K per month
