Main Responsibilities

To own the Nord Security B2B Influencer & Podcast program end-to-end, which includes, but is not limited to:

- Research, identify, contact and recruit new influencer and podcast partnerships, targeting creators that are already in the SaaS/cybersecurity space
- Negotiate and structure deals (flat-fee sponsorships, affiliate hybrids, multi-placement packages across a creator's channels) that work for both sides and scale profitably.
- Own the creative process with partners: write briefs, manage deliverables and review cycles, secure usage rights — while protecting the creator's authentic voice.
- Build strong relationships with all creator, podcast and talent agency partners.
- Own partner performance: analyze data (tracked links, promo codes, surveys, audience quality), spot issues and opportunities, and optimize toward ROAS and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with the Product and Product Marketing team to ensure creators have all the latest product updates and releases — and can tell the story in their own authentic voice.
- Constantly seek innovations - new channels, formats, niches, and opportunities.
 
## Core Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, podcast/media buying or creator partnerships (in B2B SaaS space would be an advantage).
- Proficiency in campaign management platforms, and comfortable with tracking/attribution mechanics (promo codes, tracked links, post-purchase surveys).
- Strong audience judgment: ability to assess audience quality, engagement authenticity and brand fit beyond follower counts.
- Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data to give impactful business recommendations — including comfort with imperfect attribution.
- Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results.
- Ability to work autonomously to run a portfolio of partners end-to-end as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Compensation

Salary Range (Gross) €2.4K – €4.2K per month
