ACCESSORIES DEVELOPMENT INTERN - 8 weeks internship

ANINE BING is looking for an Accessories Development Intern to join our Product Development team based in Paris .

This role offers hands-on exposure to the operational side of accessories development at ANINE BING, supporting the team on supplier coordination, sample tracking, and order follow-up during the production cycle.

This is an 8-week internship ( unpaid, per applicable regulations ) based at our Paris HQ , in-person. The role reports to the Group Manager, Accessories .

Responsibilities Include:

- Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on production milestones and outstanding items.

- Track sample shipments and material validations.

- Maintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) tracking sheets.

- Provide comments on reorder TOPs (Top of Production samples).

- Provide comments on PPS (Pre-Production Samples) and soft accessories TOPs.

- Send updated technical packs (TP) and BOMs at order placement.

- Validate UPCs / barcodes.

- Create inbound shipments in the ERP system.

- Support with PO updates (pricing, ETD, ETA, and related fields).

- Manage incoming and outgoing package logistics.

- Support general sorting, organizing, and labeling of cartons with piece inventory.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and French.

- Strong sense of organization and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in Excel.
