What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn, soil, and landscape maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Safely apply liquid fertilizers and herbicides (per state/local regulations)
- Inspect lawns, trees, and shrubs to recommend best care practices
- Assist with aeration, seeding, and applying Liquid Biological Amendments (LBAs)
- Communicate with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Supervise/lead daily routines and assist teammates when needed
- Maintain and safely operate equipment, vehicles, and tools
- Work outdoors in all seasons while keeping safety a top priority
What We’re Looking For
- CAT3 Certification (required)
- 3+ years of spray technician or related experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must pass MVR/background)
- Strong work ethic, safety focus, and leadership mindset
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50–100 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
