The Opportunity:
Ensure accurate and efficient flow of materials to and from production.  Maintain inventory accuracy, processes material transactions in the ERP system, and ensure materials are properly received, stored, issued, and shipped.  Maintain smooth material flow by keeping materials organized, traceable, and readily available to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Handle materials required for production, following proper procedures for movement, storage, and tracking.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safely move raw materials, components, work‑in‑process, and finished goods throughout the facility using approved equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to resolve material issues and support production schedules.
- Receive incoming materials by unloading shipments, verifying quantities, and checking for damage or specification compliance.
- Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials according to shipping requirements.
- Ensure accurate records of material transactions, including lot numbers, serial numbers, and inventory adjustments, to support traceability requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse and production storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Follow all safety procedures, report hazards, and use required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

- U.S. Citizen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data
- Excellent typing accuracy and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis
- Understanding of basic business processes related to sales, inventory, purchasing, and accounting
- Familiarity with ERP system navigation and data entry functions

Desired:

- Experience with INFOR
- Associates Degree
- Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400-$71,800
