You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.
In this role, you will:
- Support the end-to-end procurement cycle-gather internal requirements, draft and process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and verify incoming assets.
- Facilitate the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT infrastructure assets, including servers, network equipment, IP resources (IPv4 / IPv6), and related services.
- Maintain relationships with international hardware vendors and service providers, assist with basic terms negotiation, and keep contract documentation up to date.
- Help track hardware lifecycle, server allocations, and network resource utilization across data centers.
- Partner with internal tech, DevOps, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Your skills & experiences:
- IT Infrastructure Understanding: Foundational knowledge of core IT hardware and network components (servers, networking gear, IP addresses, monitoring tools).
- Ability to understand technical specifications, assess hardware/software requirements, and ask the right technical questions.
- Comfortable working with numbers, evaluating supplier proposals, and finding cost-efficient options.
- High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proactive self-starter attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and high personal accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience or internship in IT procurement, asset management, vendor coordination, tech sales, or IT logistics.
- Basic familiarity with data center operations or hosting environments.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross salary: 1700 - 2500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
