We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at our Young Ford Ogden location. Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers

- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities

- Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments

- Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus

- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence

- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Interest in growth opportunities within the organization

- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
