Program, Setup and Run surface mount and through hole equipment (screen printer, pick & place, re-flow oven)
Troubleshoot machine set up and workmanship problems (process control)
New Product Development liaison for electronics
Order fixtures
Program equipment and develop process parameters
Back up Team Leader in their absence

Train and mentor

Reduce setup time – internal and external

Education
Associate degree in electronics is a plus
Ability to read and understand schematics diagrams
Experience
1-3 years experience with SMT equipment – set up, running, and troubleshooting
1-3 years experience with simple testing of circuit boards
SMT programming desirable
