## What You Can Expect

As an Operations Supervisor you will be the onsite operational lead for day-to-day manufacturing and site operations in Salt Lake City. You will own operational execution from design handoff through delivery, ensuring scalable, compliant processes, reliable supply, accurate documentation, and readiness for launches, installations, and partner with service, and field support teams to the customer.

## How You'll Create Impact

•    You will lead day-to-day manufacturing and site operations: make timely operational decisions, coordinate priorities, and resolve issues proactively.
•    You will own manufacturing execution, product traceability, Device History Records, configuration control, and documentation integrity.
•    You will partner with Quality to ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, training requirements, audit readiness, and remediation of compliance gaps.
•    You will partner with Supply Chain and Sourcing to manage inventory, material availability, supplier performance, and production scheduling.
•    You will create and maintain end-to-end process maps, operational metrics, and scalable workflows.
•    You will ensure work instructions and operational documentation are accurate, executable, current, and effective.
•    You will coordinate operational readiness for product launches, installations, servicing, and customer support; bridge operational needs with the Field Service team.
•    You will partner with finance in reporting to key leaders for support business decisions
•    You will support ERP and business-system process adoption and maintain documented workflows.

## What Makes You Stand Out

•   You have experience in a regulated environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
•    You have strong understanding of inventory control, forecasting, production planning, ERP systems, DHRs, and supplier management.
•    You have demonstrated process-mapping, continuous-improvement, and operational-metrics experience.
•    You have experience in building and scaling operational processes in a growing organization.
•    You have strong documentation, work-instruction development, and change-management skills.
•    A technical or software-execution background in medical devices is preferred.

## Your Background

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;

•    Three to five years of relevant operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or medical device experience required.

•    Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and/or MDSAP audit expectations.

## Travel Expectations

This is an onsite role in Salt Lake City; 10-20% travel as business needs require.

Expected compensation: $72,000 - 89,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus.
