The Project Engineer is responsible for execution of customer projects & standard platform products from order receipt through design, manufacturing, testing, documentation, and shipment. The role serves as the technical focal point for assigned projects and  Products works closely with Global Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure projects & products  are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Cytiva quality standards.

This position is part of the Custom Engineering organization located in Pune and will be an on-site role.  At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What will you do:

- Review of customer specifications and project requirements.
- Lead technical execution from kick-off through shipment.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, schedules & inventories
- Support manufacturing, Inspection , FAT, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Act as technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement using DBS principles.

Who are you:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline. 3 to 8 years of relevant project engineering experience
- Experience in life sciences, biopharma, filtration systems, skids, process equipment or capital projects. Knowledge of skid manufacturing, piping, instrumentation, and welding.
- Experience in P&IDs, GA drawings, fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
