As a Remote Customer Service Travel Representative, you will help travelers explore vacation options, answer questions, organize travel details, assist with reservations, and provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel questions and vacation planning

Research hotels, cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages

Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms

Prepare travel options based on each client's needs and budget

Maintain organized client and reservation information

Follow up with clients before and after travel

Complete required training and stay informed about travel updates

Build strong relationships with travelers and referral partners

Qualifications
