ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Leisure Life Travel is seeking dependable, organized individuals to join our remote travel team as Customer Service Travel Representatives.
This flexible opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, learning about travel, communicating with clients, and creating memorable vacation experiences. No previous travel experience is required. Training, guidance, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with travel questions and vacation planning
Research cruises, hotels, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
Prepare travel options based on each client's needs and budget
Maintain organized client and reservation information
Follow up with clients before and after travel
Complete required training and learn travel booking tools
Provide professional and friendly customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, dependable, and organized
Comfortable working independently from home
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to respond to clients in a timely manner
Willingness to learn new travel systems and tools
Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
